Penn Program for Stress Management
The Penn Program for Stress Management (www.pennhealth.com/stress) will
hold a FREE 4-week stress management program for parents at its
University City location (3930 Chestnut Street) starting Tuesday January
30th. The two-hour classes will meet weekly for four weeks from 4pm to
6pm.

The class teaches mindfulness meditation as the main technique for
managing stress. Participants also learn how to recognize and minimize
their individual stressors. For more information, contact the Penn
