Penn Program for Stress Management The Penn Program for Stress Management (www.pennhealth.com/stress) will hold a FREE 4-week stress management program for parents at its University City location (3930 Chestnut Street) starting Tuesday January 30th. The two-hour classes will meet weekly for four weeks from 4pm to 6pm. The class teaches mindfulness meditation as the main technique for managing stress.
